This event will be a goal setting, team-building, creative visualization exercise designed to help players create both athletic and character goals for the upcoming season as well as provide a space for conversation, play, and intentionality around team bonding. Participants will create an individual work of art as well as contribute to a team-totem project. Artists/athletes will learn introductory painting skills as well as learn about the art elements and principles while exploring and expressing beliefs, ambitions, concerns, and goals. Course will be led by artist, arts educator, and All-American Athlete Mariah Ordonez, MAT, NBCT in collaboration with Coach Rusty.
